OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Even for commercial projects, we understand plans change. Should you need to adjust your cleaning time, simply call or message us. Changes made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% fee. If we show up to clean, and we cannot gain access to the property because no one is there to unlock the door, fees are due in the full amount owing.
